Therapeutic Yoga Designed for Your Community

Purposeful, adaptable programs to help residents move with greater ease, build strength and steadiness, breathe more comfortably, and feel better in daily life.
Created for retirement and 55+ communities, with seated, standing, and mat-based options.

Yoga Therapy Principles,
Adapted for a Group

Yoga therapy begins with the individual. In a community class, I use that same thoughtful approach to support common concerns such as stiffness, changes in balance, reduced strength, and stress.

In every class, movements are offered with options so people with different abilities can participate in a way that works for them.
Residents who would benefit from more individualized support also have the option to work with me one-on-one.

Your Schedule

Programs can be offered as a single event, a short series, or ongoing classes.
I design each practice with a clear purpose, comfortable pace, and options that allow different ability levels to participate successfully.

Your Program

Your Residents

I learn what matters to your residents—their abilities, interests, concerns, and goals.

A Program Shaped Around Your Residents

Every community has its own mix of abilities, interests, and goals.  We'll talk through what would serve your residents best, then shape the program's focus, format, and schedule accordingly.

A Thoughtful Partnership

I want your program to be easy to offer and coordinate, and meaningful enough that residents want to keep coming back.

I come prepared, communicate clearly, and adapt in the moment based on who is in the room, how they are moving that day, and what support is needed.

My goal is to make the experience organized and easy for you, approachable for your residents, and grounded in thoughtful, purposeful yoga therapy.

Five Signature Practices

These five practices form the foundation of my community offerings. Each addresses a common concern in daily life and can be offered on its own, repeated over time, or combined with the others to create a well-rounded class schedule.

These are yoga-based practices, but the sequencing, intensity, frequency, breathwork, and level of support are chosen with specific therapeutic goals in mind.

Mobility & Breath
Joint-Freeing Movement Practice
Bone-Supportive Strength & Posture
Arthritis-Friendly Strength & Stretch
Neuromotor Training for Balance and Steadiness

As I get to know your residents, I can adapt the pace, sequencing, support, and level of challenge so familiar practices can continue to build strength, mobility, balance, breathing capacity, and confidence over time.

Let's Talk About Your Community

I would love the opportunity to support your residents in moving with more ease, building strength and steadiness, and feeling their best in daily life.

I am happy to come to your community for a complimentary 10-minute meeting. We can talk about your residents' needs and see whether we're a good fit.
