Yoga with YOU in mind focuses on YOUR wellness needs.  Whether you have weightloss goals and have a focus on fitness, or looking to reduce stress while needing more of a meditative practice.  Or both!  Yoga with YOU in mind wants to teach you how to heal your body.  There are a number of conditions that can be managed with a consistent yoga practice. Yoga has improved the quality of my life immensely!  The physical, mental, and spiritual benefits are limitless. Lt me share with you what I've learned through years of practice and study. ​ Yoga personal training feels so amazing inside and out.  Get leaner, longer muscles, focus your mind and thoughts, and relax your spirit.  You will watch your body change and be impressed with how your body can work for your health.  Yoga is so wonderful that way.  It helps us focus less about what our bodies look like and appreciate more of what our bodies can do for us. ​ Therapeutic Yoga is very special to me.  We can work together to align your spine, improve your limiting range of motion, correct shoulder issues, get lasting relief from sciatica and lower back pain, manage menopausal symptoms, manage anxiety and depression, and on and on. ​ Yoga with YOU in mind will always consider and take care of YOU, not the condition.
